Off Market Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

We are a rapidly growing off-market real estate investment firm seeking a motivated Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable off-market real estate investment opportunities for our company. Responsibilities Speak with sellers over the phone and meet with them in-person to build trust and present solutions that will address any challenge they may be facing Research, identify, and evaluate potential off-market real estate investment opportunities Conduct site visits, inspections, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners Work closely with the rest of the team to analyze potential investments Qualifications Humble, hungry, and eager to learn Honest and ethical in everything you do Commitment to getting better everyday Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Ability to manage a schedule and prioritize tasks This position offers invaluable daily sales and real estate training, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00+ per year 1 year in real estate Schedule Monday to Saturday Application Question(s) Do you have any experience in real estate? If so, what area and how many years? This job is commission only. Are you prepared for a 100% commission only role? We expect availability in this role from 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Saturday. We do not have a minimum amount of hours to work. We set KPIs that will help you hit your goals and it will be up to you to meet or exceed those KPIs.
