Role Overview

Dry van loads
No-touch freight on all shipments
High volume of drop and hook freight
Combination of regional and extended runs
Dispatch plans routes in advance
Consistent workload every week
Limited wait time between assignments

Pay Structure

$0.56-$0.65 per mile based on experience
Average weekly earnings $1,400-$1,600
2,200-2,500 miles per week
Yearly income $71,000-$85,000
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Safety and performance bonuses included
Orientation is paid with travel covered

Home Time

Drivers return home every two weeks
Stable and predictable rotation

Fleet Information

Modern tractors including Freightliner and Kenworth models
APUs included in all trucks
Equipment maintained for reliability and uptime

Driver Requirements

21+ years old
Valid CDL-A license
Open to recent graduates with required training
Strong safety background preferred
No more than 2 preventable incidents
No failed or refused DOT tests
No recent commercial DUI
Must complete DOT physical and drug screening
