Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and implementing solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing detailed information and advice. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult customers and remain calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
