Pediatric Physical Therapist

Wiggles Therapy is expanding and looking for a pediatric physical therapist who enjoys working closely with children and families in a home-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, deliver individualized care, and maintain flexibility in your daily schedule. What You’ll Do Deliver physical therapy services to infants and children in their homes or daycare Perform evaluations and create tailored plans of care Guide caregivers on strategies to support development throughout daily routines Track progress and modify interventions based on patient needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation Communicate with team members to support continuity of care What We’re Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Current Illinois PT license (or ability to obtain) Interest in pediatrics; prior experience is a plus but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a mobile setting Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Hourly rate ranging from $55–$65 depending on experience Flexible scheduling with the ability to shape your own caseload 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off (4-5 weeks) Reimbursement for mileage and therapy-related supplies Continuing education support and mentorship opportunitiesCollaborative team culture with regular meet-ups Option for virtual therapy sessions when appropriate #J-18808-Ljbffr Wiggles Therapy
