General Production Worker

Production Worker – Manufacturing

Support a fast-paced production line by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting products, and packaging finished goods. Responsibilities include loading materials, performing quality checks, cleaning and reusing tooling inserts, assembling boxes, palletizing shipments, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working overtime as needed
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of INDIANAPOLIS, IN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
