About the Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Social Services Coordinator to manage and deliver essential support services to individuals and families in need, operating remotely with clients in the Randburg area. This role is pivotal in assessing client needs, developing tailored support plans, and coordinating access to a wide range of community resources and programs. You will play a key role in empowering clients, promoting self-sufficiency, and ensuring they receive the comprehensive assistance required to improve their overall well-being. This remote position offers flexibility while requiring a strong commitment to client advocacy and effective service delivery across the Gauteng region. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients seeking social services. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans for each client. Coordinate the provision of services by liaising with internal teams and external agencies. Provide information, guidance, and support to clients regarding available resources and benefits. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting all interactions and progress. Advocate for clients' needs and ensure equitable access to services and support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in case management, social work, or community services coordination. Strong understanding of social welfare systems and available community resources in Randburg. Excellent assessment, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools and electronic record-keeping systems. Strong empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with diverse client populations.
