Job Overview Contract Leveraged Loans Operations Associate – Hybrid work model in New York City at PineBridge Investments, a global asset manager. The role supports the Leverage Loans team by ensuring accurate trade settlement, managing loan processing, and maintaining data integrity across the middle office. Responsibilities Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and external counterparties to settle bank loan trades accurately and timely. Assist with loan processing, trade updates, and other middle office tasks. Support data management duties, including KYC, tax documentation, audits, and overall data integrity. Execute ad‑hoc projects as required. Calculate and interpret investment performance metrics such as total return, attribution analysis, benchmark comparisons, and risk‑adjusted measures. Qualifications Familiarity with syndicated bank loans, including structure, documentation, lifecycle, and trade settlement. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage loan documentation and transactions. Experience with performance, attribution, and client reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Salary & Compensation Hourly rate: $61–$65 per hour, based on location, experience, and job-related factors.
