What We’re Looking For Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others is key. Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions. Fashion Forward: Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends. Self‑Motivated & Adaptable: Driven, resilient, and eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment. Pay Range: $16.90 – $19.78 per hour. Depending on geography, experience and other factors.
