Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Full-time (4 weeks/month); Day shift (8 hours); Extended shift up to 10 hours until cases complete; Weeknight on-call (pager); Weekend on-call (pager); Holiday call preferred; No overtime expected
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: General, Orthopedic; MD supervising CRNAs at 1:4 ratio during day; MD performs own cases when on call
• Credentialing: Estimated privileging timeframe: 45 days; Accelerated/Temporary privileges available (30-60 days); Candidates must already hold or be eligible for NY state license (no sponsorship for new license)

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification required
• Certifications: ECFMG and FLEX; Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
• Licensure: Currently licensed as a Physician; Must hold or be able to obtain NY State License independently
