Division Chief, Preparedness — Strategic Policy Leader

The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is seeking a Division Chief, Preparedness, to lead policy and operational efforts across the agency. This on-site role in Austin requires strategic planning, cross-agency collaboration, and overseeing preparedness programs with adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
