What You'll Do
As an LVN, you'll practice at the top of your license while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver direct patient care and assess patient conditions, symptoms, and progress
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records
- Perform nursing assessments and respond appropriately to urgent medical situations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Practice within Texas nursing regulations and Southern Health Partners clinical guidelines
