Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Position Dignity Care Home is seeking a qualified and compassionate Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Position Details: Shift: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Schedule: Every other weekend off Shift Differential: Additional pay for the 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift Compensation & Benefits: Annual wage increases Potential pay increase after a 90-day performance evaluation Full-time benefits begin after 90 days , including: Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance bonus Work Environment: Our resident-to-aide ratio is 10:1 or better , allowing staff to provide attentive, quality care.
