Land Surveyor

Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Land Surveyor to lead and grow our surveying practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Principal Land Surveyor will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects while mentoring staff, ensuring quality standards, and supporting strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Oversee project execution to ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflows Manage a wide range of survey projects, including: Existing Conditions and Topographic Surveys Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys Utility and Route Surveys Subdivisions and Statutory Plats Construction Layout and As-Built Surveys Partner with survey leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand service offerings Support business development efforts through client engagement, relationship management, and integrated project delivery Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to support the continued growth of the practice Qualifications Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, or ability to obtain licensure (SIT candidates encouraged to apply) 10+ years of progressive experience in land surveying Proven experience leading and mentoring teams Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management Experience working within a multidisciplinary consulting environment preferred Established professional network and industry relationships is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr White Glove Talent Partners
