accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist – Expert for a long-term W2 opportunity in Raleigh, NC .

Location: Raleigh, NC

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Travel: Required

Employment Type: W2 with accel bi corporation

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 annually, inclusive of all benefits

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only

Local Candidates: Raleigh, RTP, and surrounding NC candidates strongly preferred

Required Experience

✅7+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience supporting computer hardware, mobile devices, software, peripherals, and networking
• Desktop/laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and software installation
• Local and network printer installation and troubleshooting
• User data and profile migration
• Technical troubleshooting and end-user support
• Technical process and procedure documentation
• Working experience with ServiceNow ticket/call tracking
• Experience supporting enterprise user environments
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, and network-related issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite desktop and end-user technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve service desk incidents and technical issues
• Image, configure, and deploy computers and required software
• Install and support local/network printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Migrate and protect user data and profiles during device replacements
• Maintain technical support procedures and documentation
• Work with application, network, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues
• Assist with Active Directory, email, Citrix, DHCP, storage, and related support activities
• Support technical projects and help coordinate team efforts when required
• Follow organizational IT security policies and standards

Important Requirements

This is NOT a remote or hybrid opportunity . All work must be performed onsite in Raleigh, NC .

Travel is required for this position.

Candidates must be available for the duration of the assignment.
