Job TitleJob Functions:Live and embraces American Social Vision and Core ValuesReports to work on time and prepared for the shiftFollows all Image and Appearance standardsMonitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessaryCleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage racks, etcCommunicates with chefs and managers of low product levels and equipment problemsRemoves dishes, glassware and silverware from bus tubs to prepare for cleaningCommunicates with other Team Members to prioritize which dishes, pans, etc. need to be cleaned firstEnsures that dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen items are clean and sanitizedSorts clean silverware, glassware and dishesEnsures that clean supplies are available at all timesOrganizes and straightens dry storage and walk-in refrigeratorCleans and sanitizes work stations, utensils, floors, floor mats, dumpsters, and equipmentTransports boxes and trash bags from kitchen, dish area, etc., to dumpstersDistributes trash cans to kitchen, dish area, etc.Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and other areasAssist Chef in portioning, prepping, and cooking as neededAssists other employees as neededDemonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and employeesUnderstand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative proceduresProvide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shiftIs prepared to conduct weekly maintenance dutiesComplete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managersQualifications:Minimum of 18 years of ageAbility to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AMWorks assigned scheduled shiftsFood handling certificate requiredFluent in English; able to speak, read, writeAbility to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracyAble to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist levelAble to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feetRemain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shiftAble to tolerate prolonged exposure to cold and hot temps (below 40° F and above 140° F)Able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environmentAble to tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals several times throughout shiftSatisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
