Assistant Account Manager – Janitorial 4M Building Solutions Pay Range $45,000.00/yr – $50,000.00/yr (base). Annual salary plus vehicle allowance. Overview 4M is growing and needs to grow our family of Team Members. We’re looking for energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible and reliable transportation. Job Description Assistant Manager Requirements Janitorial experience required. Transportation and flexibility to drive to multiple locations. Some supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. Duties The custodial responsibilities include directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties. Planning and preparing team work schedules. Implementing 4M standards. Resolving client issues. Maintaining accurate records. Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment. Benefits Medical insurance offered to employees who work 30+ hours. Vacation days offered to all full-time (minimum 37.5 hours per week). Holiday pay offered to all regular, non-exempt team members in good standing.
