We are seeking an experienced Tech A / Electronics Repair Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, soldering, and repair of electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electronic devices, circuit boards, and precision tools.

Job Duties:

• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic equipment and devices.
• Perform component-level repairs on electronic circuit boards.
• Solder electronic components using through-hole and SMT soldering techniques .
• Identify defective components and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Use electronic testing equipment and hand tools to diagnose equipment failures.
• Perform functional testing to verify equipment is operating properly after repair.
• Follow technical procedures, repair instructions, and quality standards.
• Document testing results, repairs, and equipment status accurately.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on electronics repair experience required .
• Soldering experience is mandatory.
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting electronic devices strongly preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with small electronic components and precision tools.
• Previous Motorola Solutions experience is highly preferred .
• Candidates with experience in testing, troubleshooting, and soldering repair are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a Tech B / Electronics Technician with hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with electronics, small tools, and detailed technical tasks.

Job Duties:

• Test and troubleshoot electronic devices and equipment.
• Perform functional testing to identify equipment failures and performance issues.
• Diagnose problems and determine appropriate troubleshooting or repair procedures.
• Test two-way radios and telecommunications equipment when applicable.
• Use small hand tools and electronic testing equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Handle small components requiring strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Follow established testing, troubleshooting, and quality-control procedures.
• Record test results and accurately document equipment status.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer requirements.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience testing and troubleshooting electronic devices required .
• Two-way radio testing or repair experience is highly preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small tools.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and established procedures.
• Previous Motorola Solutions experience is a major plus .
• Electronics, telecommunications, repair, or technical experience preferred.
