This dynamic role requires versatility, adaptability, and a passion for upscale hospitality. Restaurant Manager is a dynamic leader who excels in fast-paced, high-end hospitality environments. They are an expert multitasker, a great communicator, and have a natural ability to bring out the best in their teams while delivering impeccable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold and maintain luxury service standards.
• Inspire and lead teams by example, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Actively manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment by serving as the "Mayor of the Village," building rapport with guests and staff alike.
• Perform shift management duties including working the dining room floor, leading staff, managing labor and breaks, opening and closing duties, etc.
• Maintain adaptability and a solution-oriented approach to challenges in real-time.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Deep understanding of fine dining service, food, beverage, and wine knowledge.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work well with a variety of personalities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A high-energy and engaging leadership style that fosters impeccable service and hospitality.
