Service Advisor Position

Northwest Tire Truck and Farm Center in Jamestown is looking for a Service Advisor to be a part of our exciting team. Sales experience is preferred, background in the automotive and trucking industry is also preferred, customer service mindset is key! Applicants will be responsible for customer sales and service. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the store.
• Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
• Efficiently building estimates for required repairs.
• Providing the customers with solutions instantly.
• Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
• Tasking technicians with required repairs.
• Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference.
• Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the times.
• Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
• Adhering to the standards of the organization.
• Performing daily inspection of store.
• Reporting to the Store Manager.

Benefits include: Health insurance, Dental insurance & Vision insurance. PTO accrual starts immediately and can be used after 60 days. No Sundays. Most jobs are rotating 1/2 day Saturdays. Hours of operation may vary but are generally 7:30am 5:30pm Monday - Friday and 8:00am - Noon on Saturdays. Overtime available as necessary.
