About the role Be a skilled drafter of various litigation, transaction and compliance documents supporting legal initiatives with minimal oversight and be able to seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Analyze information, perform legal research, investigate facts, draft pleadings and motions and prepare legal documents and reports. Have a strong understanding of business operations and processes and of the key legal and regulatory issues impacting the area of focus. Communicate effectively with other teams regarding questions that arise during trust review. Assist with other Legal team projects or new matters as assigned. Assist team members with questions that arise regarding origination and servicing matters. Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced working environment. Exercise independent judgment and assist leaders and team members through clear and concise communication. Assist Counsel in litigation matters. Minimum Qualifications Legal experience in estate planning, trust administration and real estate law required. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a law‑related field. Mortgage‑related legal or compliance expertise, including prior experience with mortgage underwriting or loan origination.
