Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality teams at the Breckenridge Brewery and Fireside Lounge to deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, in partnership with a team of leaders, across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage inventory and costs, and uphold food safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while fostering a positive, efficient work environment.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Monitor inventory levels, control stock, and conduct regular audits using Micros POS to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Implement food safety protocols, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with all food handling regulations.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize revenue streams, reduce costs, and improve overall financial performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in elevated casual restaurant management with a strong background in staff development, floor management and multi outlet leadership.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles with team leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems and Open Table reservation platform.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, interviewing, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for budgeting, inventory control, and cash handling accurately.
• Experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Skilled in managing shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• A passion for service excellence, coupled with a proactive approach to staff development and operational improvement.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
