Job Summary

\n

We are seeking an experienced US Federal Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for functional, business, sales, proposal, and leadership positions, with exposure to IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for U.S. federal government contracts and an understanding of federal hiring, compliance, and staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT and functional roles including Sales, Proposal writers, Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Leadership positions
\n
• Support recruitment for select IT and technology-enabled roles as needed
\n
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and contract requirements
\n
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
\n
• Screen candidates for federal requirements such as U.S. citizenship, background checks, and clearance eligibility
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal hiring standards and company policies
\n
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and track candidate pipelines
\n
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
\n
• Build long-term talent pipelines for federal functional and leadership roles
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Strong experience as a US Federal Recruiter or US staffing recruiter
\n
• Experience recruiting for functional, sales, proposal, or leadership roles
\n
• Understanding of the federal contracting and staffing lifecycle
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience supporting federal agencies (DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, civilian agencies)
\n
• Familiarity with security clearances and federal compliance requirements
\n
• Exposure to recruiting IT or technical roles
\n
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools
\n
