Firestop/Fireproofing/Waterproofing ContractorDivision 7 Construction, Inc., is a fast-growing Firestop/Fireproofing/Waterproofing contractor with work throughout the Southeast predominantly, though we are based in Birmingham, AL. D7 is known for professional, quality work and out-of-the-box solutions. Pay is above industry average, training provided, and there is plenty of room for growth!Candidate will be responsible for:Install exterior joint sealantApply below-grade membranes and fluid waterproofing systemsApply traffic coatings and other elastomeric coatingsApply fluid and membrane air barriersInstall expansion joint assembliesInstall epoxy floor joint fillersApply hot rubberized asphalt waterproofingConcrete repairOther duties as necessarySkills Needed:Required:Excellent caulking skillsPrior waterproofing - expansion joints, air barrier, hot applied, below gradeGood work ethicCommon senseAbility to lift 50 lbs and overValid driver's licenseWilling to travel 2-3 weeks at a timeAbility to pass drug screenPunctualityDesired:Concrete repair and restorationFamiliarity with operation and maintenance of Graco pumpsOSHA 10 or 30 Card / TrainingLift certification(s)CPR/First Aid training/certificationCarpentry skillsAbility to read construction documentsMechanical abilities
