Accounting Generalist / Clerk

Job Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Generalist/Clerk in Denver, Colorado. This role is within the industry of accounting, where you'll be tasked with an array of responsibilities, from data entry to account management. Responsibilities Process and manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with precision and efficiency. Utilize Oracle NetSuite Technologies for various accounting processes. Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and record keeping. Monitor customer accounts and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management Demonstrated ability in Data Entry Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite TechnologiesBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures Problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
