This role is a hands-on paid search specialist responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to drive measurable performance improvements for the team. Job Summary
Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Own keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, targeting, and campaign structure across the client portfolio
Analyze campaign performance against ROAS, conversion, sales, and other defined KPIs
Identify optimization and growth opportunities across Amazon Search
Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years of hands-on Amazon Search and Sponsored Ads experience
Demonstrated experience managing $70K or more in monthly media budgets
Strong campaign optimization and performance analysis skills
Hands-on proficiency with Skai and/or Pacvue (required) Preferred Qualifications:
Agency or multi-client account management experience
