Professional Liability Associate | New York, NY (Hybrid) | $180K
\n \nJoin a highly regarded Mid-Atlantic/New York litigation firm with a strong professional liability practice defending lawyers, accountants, architects and other professionals nationwide.

Day-to-Day
\n- \n
- Defend attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers in malpractice and disciplinary proceedings \n
- Draft pleadings, expert affidavits and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts \n
- Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, insured professionals and expert witnesses \n
- Argue discovery, substantive and Daubert/Frye motions in court \n
- First- or second-chair trials and evidentiary hearings in high-exposure professional liability matters \n
