Job Description

Our Assistant Managers run shifts alongside the General Manager. They keep the team on track, the pizzas right and customers happy. It's hands-on leadership and the best training ground for becoming a GM. Join Team Sharma!

Most AMs make $1518/hr depending on experience Bonuses on top, tied to store performance Room to grow Most of our GMs started as AMs. After you've run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year, you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.

Qualifications

What you need 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
