Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Location: Albert Lea, MN
Compensation: $23.00-$29.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule : 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electrical Assemblers for an industrial manufacturing company in Albert Lea, MN. In this role, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, wiring and assembling standard and custom-engineered electrical equipment used in the building component industry. If you enjoy hands-on, technical work in a fast-paced environment and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler:

• Assemble and wire standard and custom electrical panels using hand and power tools
• Read and build from electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings
• Install, wire, and troubleshoot industrial control panels and cable tray systems
• Verify parts and materials against Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and before shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and safely operate overhead hoists or cranes

What You Need to Bring to the Electrical Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level or 1-2 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, routings, and assembly drawings
• Ability to stand and use hands/fingers throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Albert Lea, MN
• A positive, "can-do" attitude with attention to quality and detail
