Absence Systems Lead Oracle HCM & Union Benefits

HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Absence Systems Analyst to lead the administration, policy interpretation, testing, auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement of union and non-union absence programs within Oracle HCM. The role partners with HR Technology, Payroll, Labor Relations, Compliance, HRSC, and other HR teams to translate requirements into actionable processes and training.
