Job Duties, Minimum Qualifications (Month/Years Experience, Skills, Special License, Etc):
Summary:
Professional Experience
- Preferably 6 month's experience in any field where exceeding customers' expectations were met
Hotel Experience
- Be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as necessary or requested
- Wear hotel uniform in compliance with hotel standards
- Welcomes guests to the lobby- breakfast bar and provides fast and courteous service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience and repeat business
- Set up the Hot "On the House" breakfast each morning by following the Hotel franchise Breakfast guidelines
- Consistently interact with the guests in an effort to provide a superior breakfast experience.
- Communicate feedback to hotel management
- Maintain Food Service quality and safety standards
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment that meets both County Health Codes and the Hotel Quality assurance requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a stable work history
- Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
- Must be flexible to work any shift as needed to include weekends

- Emotionally competent; able to effectively manage disruptive emotions and impulses; able to stay composed, positive, and unflappable even in trying moments while thinking clearly and remaining focused under pressure
- Promote the hotel by demonstrating a high level of positive attitude and energy to serve our guests
- Ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Embraces and respects diversity and multicultural environment
Education
- Background screening for previous criminal history
- Employment may be contingent upon at least 80% score on test on hotel's reservations system (PMS) after training
- At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Computer Experience
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- Data entry
- Database management systems
