Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Earn $1,206 – $1,623 per week (3x12s) | Night Shift | Full Time. Includes base pay of $33.50 – $45.09 per hour and opportunities for shift differentials. Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders. Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management. Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis. Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments. Implement patient‑specific care plans. Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor. Respond to critical care situations and emergencies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and must maintain current. 2 years experience as an RCP preferred. ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current. NRP certificate preferred. PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current. Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $33.50 to $45.09 per hour.
