Call Center Representative (Remote After Training)

Immediate Banking Call Center Representative Full-time opportunity with hybrid schedule offered in Wakefield, MA. $25/hr. Shift & Schedule Contract to Hire. Shift: flexible between 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM. 4 weekdays + Saturday required every week (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Possible shifts: 9:30-6:30, 10:00-7:00, 11:00-8:00. Qualifications 2 years of call center or banking experience. Excellent communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities Provide outstanding service via phone and email to online banking end users, addressing customer questions and concerns. Deliver high-level customer service to all online banking end users. Support online banking call volume for the customer service center. Use strong written communication skills to reply to internal and external email inquiries timely and efficiently. Serve as a service liaison between online customers of Eastern Bank and all third-party service providers. Process new online account set-ups and maintain existing online accounts. Assist other areas of the call center on an as-needed basis. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based in Wakefield, MA, hybrid work environment.
