Exciting Opportunity for a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery!

Job Description
- Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days (7a - 7p)

Essential Requirements:
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- NRP certification
- Minimum of 2 years of L&D RN experience
- Must live 50+ miles from the facility
- Licensed to practice in AL (no NURSYS Hits)

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care
- Utilize the Nursing Process in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment
- Lead in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
