Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional respiratory care and diagnostic services. The role involves ensuring patient safety and supporting clinical teams with specialized respiratory interventions.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status to develop appropriate care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and protocols per physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to clinical guidelines and safety standards, including responding to emergencies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience within respiratory therapy or related specialty.
  
  
• 
  Current GA RRT License and RRT Certification from NBRC.
  
  
• 
  Valid AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  
  
• 
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
