Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP
• May need to float to other facilities (Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young or Eagle River) which can be prescheduled if needed
• On-call responsibilities during low census hours with on-call pay provided
• Weekend and holiday requirements: every third weekend and every other holiday
• Will have charge nurse responsibilities in addition to staff nurse duties
• Must have Wisconsin RN License and required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 50-mile radius rule applies for assignment eligibility
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• GSA not applicable during orientation week

This healthcare facility operates as part of a larger health system providing comprehensive emergency services to the community. The facility maintains high standards for emergency care and utilizes EPIC electronic medical records for patient documentation. The emergency department operates with variable census levels and may require staff to float between multiple locations within the health system to ensure adequate coverage and patient care.
