Location: Las Vegas, Nv

Salary:  The potential earnings in this position is largely dependent on the performance and ability of the individual selected, who will effectively be starting the Las Vegas division of a well-established South Florida-based Personal Injury Litigation firm. Base salary could start anywhere from $150k-$200k with a lucrative bonus structure.

About the Role:

Our client, a well established personal injury law firm based out of South Florida, is opening a new office in Las Vegas, NV. They seek a strategic and motivated Senior Attorney to lead its operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in personal injury law, a passion for client advocacy, and a proven record of leadership in personal injury litigation. The founding partner will be investing about $100,000 initially in advertising for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee the daily operations of the Atlanta office.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing legal team to achieve client-centered results.
• Drive case outcomes from intake to resolution, emphasizing attention to detail and strategy.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, contributing to the firm's growth.
• Work closely with firm leadership to execute strategic goals for the new office.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in personal injury law, including trial advocacy and complex or high-stakes litigation cases.
• Demonstrated success in obtaining wholesome settlement or adequate to exceptional compensatory damages for the clients represented in court.
• Good standing with the Georgia State Bar, good communication skills and can work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An established book of business and a strong network within Atlanta's legal market.
• Experience mentoring associates and leading a team through accountability and by example.
• Proficiency with case management systems and legal technologies.
