Requirements 5-10+ years of experience in site design, land development, permitting, or disciplines related to civil engineering BS or MS Civil Engineering, PE or ability to obtain AutoCad Civil 3D knowledge Private development experience a plus Responsibilities Project time management, assisting/guiding junior engineers and designers and coordination with planning and surveying departments. All aspects of civil engineering design, including: Commercial, residential, retail & industrial site design, including stand-alone sites, single & multi-family subdivisions, residential & commercial Storm and sanitary design, stormwater management, and water quality design; sanitary pump station, and force main design Roadway and parking lot design Construction cost estimates Understanding and application of development codes and regulations, project permitting and agency coordination Client coordination and business development Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
