Sexual Health Navigator & HIV Screening Specialist

Fenway Community Health in Boston seeks a Health Navigator focused on Sexual Health to provide outreach, risk-reduction counseling and HIV/Hepatitis C screening. You will engage MSM, transgender and PWID populations and link clients to care within the Fenway Health network. In-clinic duties include phlebotomy, risk assessment, and motivational interviewing, plus coordinating with clinicians using Epic. You’ll also staff the Sexual Health Hotline and participate in community outreach events to #J-18808-Ljbffr Fenway Community Health
