Position Customer Care Representative – Glenwood State Bank – Alexandria, MN (Full-time) Overview Glenwood State Bank believes that banking begins with people. We are seeking a full‑time Customer Care Representative for our Alexandria location. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming, dependable experience. Assist with everyday banking needs, answer questions, and guide customers through transactions. Support customers in using digital banking tools. Expand knowledge of services and strengthen relationships with the community. Build trust and create a positive impression with every interaction. Schedule Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday. Compensation Hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
