Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies that reflect the unique needs of our local community members.

Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve their personal and professional milestones.

Foster a workplace culture that values transparency, hard work, and mutual support.

Manage daily operations to ensure our office remains efficient and welcoming to every client who walks through our doors.

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with business owners and residents across Waterbury.

Analyze sales trends and operational data to refine our approach and stay ahead of local industry shifts.

Requirements

Connecticut Property Casualty Producer License.

Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of growth.

Leadership or mentorship experience in a professional setting.

Deep knowledge of local market dynamics in the Waterbury area.

Proficiency in managing agency operations and performance metrics.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the community.
