Job Overview Join our team as a Sonographer in Toppenish, WA. This full‑time position (40 hours per week) may be split between the Toppenish Medical‑Dental clinic and YVFWC OB/Gyn in Yakima (Rainier Place), 20 hours at each site. What We Offer $49.51–$72.90 hourly, DOE 100 % employer‑paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicine) Profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan available Generous PTO, 8 paid holidays Relocation allowance What You’ll Do Perform ultrasound examinations unique to OB/GYN patients (pelvic ultrasound for aging and viability, nuchal thickness measurement, cervical lengths, anatomy scan, BPP, AFT, and all gynecologic/pelvic ultrasounds). Escort patients to examination rooms, interpret histories and perform diagnostic sonography examinations. Manage a physically/emotionally demanding environment, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Document patient information accurately and timely. Liaise between patients and physicians as needed. Utilize feedback for technique improvement and adherence to safety policies. Provide support to clinical staff and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred (not required). OBGYN experience preferred (not required). ARDMS OBGYN certification within 6 months of hire; CPR certification; NT certification preferred. Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, ultrasound practice, and medical terminology. Proficiency in operating desktop and Windows‑based computer systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information.
