Build strategic partnerships and develop sourcing techniques to widen candidate pools, catering to a diverse range of roles. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, aiming to continuously enhance our approach to attracting diverse talent. Collaborate with internal teams to establish and nurture a pipeline of skilled and diverse candidates through effective sourcing and mentorship. Analyze recruitment performance data to refine strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
