Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications
- Work within clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Work flexible/overtime hours when requested due to business needs
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience required
- Solid work history of at least 1-2 years with a previous employer required (no frequent job changes)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
- Basic math calculation skills
- Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have reliable transportation
- No drug screening required for this assignment
- Background check must be completed before starting
- Able to lift or move at least 50 lbs occasionally
- Willing to work flexible/extended hours as needed
