General Assembler 1

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications
Work within clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines
Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Work flexible/overtime hours when requested due to business needs

Experience Required

0 to 5 years of relevant experience
Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience required
Solid work history of at least 1-2 years with a previous employer required (no frequent job changes)

Skills & Certifications

Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
Basic math calculation skills
Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
Good attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment

Eligibilities & qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Must have reliable transportation
No drug screening required for this assignment
Background check must be completed before starting
Able to lift or move at least 50 lbs occasionally
Willing to work flexible/extended hours as needed
