Sr Executive Recruiter - National Search Group Position Title: Licensed Land Surveyor Work Type: On-site, 5 days/week Compensation: $120K–$125K base (flexible up to $150K for candidates who check every box) Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus; strong years could result in $20K–$25K, slower years around $2K Total Employees: 30 Department Size: 2 existing non-licensed surveyors (will eventually report into this role) Reports To: Head of Operations and CEO Overview of the Role This is a high-level opportunity for a Licensed Land Surveyor who is confident, hands-on, and eager to grow into leading the surveying department. The role involves diverse surveying projects across multifamily residential and commercial developments. Ideal for someone who has either a well-rounded background or is currently siloed and looking to expand their experience.
