Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team. This position requires expertise in surgical procedures and techniques, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in the operating room.

Shift Information

The role will involve a 10-hour day shift, specifically from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. It requires availability for call, as well as working on weekends and holidays, with no block scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile environment.
• Support the surgical team with instrumentation and equipment.
• Monitor and manage instruments during surgery.
• Ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting is essential.
• Strong skills assessment and high competency ratings.
• Burn unit experience is preferred.
