The Manager of National Health Systems will serve as a senior commercial leader responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), large health systems, and regional alliances. In this critical evolution of Ceribell's commercial strategy, we are moving away from episodic clinician sales toward building durable enterprise value. You are not joining as a traditional "overlay" function; you are an architect of Ceribell's enterprise future.

Your mission is to make Ceribell the enterprise Standard of Care across the largest health systems in the United States—clinically indispensable, economically essential, and operationally embedded. You will build inevitability, establishing Ceribell as a platform where removal becomes operationally, clinically, and financially irrational, ultimately establishing EEG as a new vital sign.

• Lead enterprise-level negotiations and secure system-wide agreements, including Master Agreements, System Implementation Plan (SIP) agreements, and sole source strategies.
• Manage Master Agreement structures, defining strategies for committed versus non-committed agreements.
• Drive EMR, protocol, and workflow integration to create a structural competitive moat.
• Oversee onboarding requirements for new sites, proactively reducing friction across IT/security, legal, and committee approvals.
• Develop and execute strategies for Federal Government and VA specific accounts, tracking site/department adoption and leading targeted utilization blitzes.

• Relentlessly quantify economic and quality impact by articulating a Ceribell Health Economic Story at the corporate, market, and hospital levels.
• Create enterprise Health Economic (HEC) valuations based on customer data, leveraging SYMPACT/SIMPACT insights to validate hard and soft dollar impact.
• Partner with Revenue Integrity teams to ensure NTAP capture, accurate ED billing, and appropriate CC/MCC estimates. Directly address reimbursement objections by deploying billing and coding experts.
• Build relationships with Medical Transport and Patient Logistics teams to gain real-world transfer data and demonstrate patient case value.

• Execute a dual "Bottoms up - Tops Down" approach to secure market adoption, aligning corporate C-Suite, market, and hospital-level stakeholders.
• Lead comprehensive Market Level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that aggregate clinical, operational, and financial messaging.
• Partner closely with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) and Territory Managers (TMs) to establish cadences, align on SMART objectives, and duplicate flagship account success.
• Manage funnel movement and deal velocity through dashboard metrics. Proactively identify competitive threats (e.g., Zeto trials) and deploy SWAT team strategies to mitigate risk.

• Expand the footprint of Ceribell by driving specific service line adoption, engaging Service Line Owners and Dept. Chiefs.
• Partner with Nursing leadership to establish Ceribell as the only scalable solution for Women & Children and pre-term EEG access (Neonate/Pediatrics).
• Embed Ceribell into critical care protocols as the trusted platform for Delirium monitoring and Sepsis-associated encephalopathy management.
• Utilize patient case examples, such as Length of Stay (LOS) reductions and Anti-Seizure Medication (ASM) intubation avoidance, to validate clinical impact.

• 10+ years of medical commercial sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on IDN / health system enterprise sales. 
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing large, complex health system agreements.
• Deep understanding of hospital decision-making processes, with a demonstrated ability to align corporate, market, and hospital-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level and build relationships that survive contract cycles.
• Experience in neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, or medtech capital sales strongly preferred.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a heavy emphasis on interpreting health economic data and EMR integration strategies.
• Must reside within the US and be willing to travel 50%+.

Compensation: 

$185,000 Base, $325,000 OTE 

Compensation Range

$185,000—$325,000 USD

A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
