Position Overview PromiseAlliance is seeking a meticulous Payroll Clerk to manage employee payroll, ensure accurate payment processing, and maintain records of deductions, benefits, and hours. The ideal candidate will have accounting or payroll experience and strong attention to detail. This role is fully remote. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule Maintain records of hours worked, deductions, and benefits Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and compliance Coordinate with HR and finance teams on employee data Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Qualifications Experience with payroll processing or accounting Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Good communication skills and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently in a remote environment Benefits Competitive pay Flexible remote schedule Professional training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative virtual team environment Paid time off and wellness programs Career advancement potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Promise Alliance
