Lead Business Analyst – Business Process Modelling (Blue Yonder WMS)

We are looking for a Lead Business Analys t with strong expertise in Business Process Modellin g and Supply Chain/Warehouse Management System s to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and implementing business processes—especially within warehouse operations—leveraging Blue Yonder (JDA) WM S capabilities .
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develop and document business process models and workflows (BPMN, Visio, ARIS)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Lead process implementation, ensuring smooth adoption across stakeholders
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support end-users with training on newly implemented processes and tools
- Stay updated on industry trends in BPM and Supply Chain
Required Skills & Experie nce
- Stro ng Business Analyst experience in Supply Chain dom ain.
- Hands-on knowledge of Blue Yonder / JDA WMS, including
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Warehouse Labor Management (WLM)
Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
- Proficiency in BPM to ols (BPMN, Visio, ARIS)
- Experience wi th Agile & SDLC methodolog ies
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Conflue nce
- Excelle nt communication and stakeholder management ski lls
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to det ail
Preferred Qualificat ions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology
- Certification in Business Process Management (BPM)
- Project management experience
