Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, United States. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, providing friendly, empathetic, and professional assistance to customers across multiple channels. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, working toward mutually beneficial solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain detailed records of all transactions
• Provide product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs

Qualifications
