Join an extraordinary community dedicated to the future of senior living in this 20 hours per week part-time position in StoneBriar at Burcham Hills.Concierge Services are welcoming team of StoneBriar, providing a first and lasting impression for all who enter.They are responsible for:Being familiar with community wide amenities and rolesOffering suggestions for resident engagementProviding communication to residentsAssisting with making appointmentsDelivery of packages, memos, and newspapersBeing a one-stop shop for resident convenienceIf you like to smile, enjoy providing exceptional hospitality, and want to work in a fun and rewarding environment where you are positively affecting the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you!Qualifications: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience with Burcham Hills and/or in a healthcare setting. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend written and oral instructions in English. Ability to continuously greet all guests in a professional, friendly manner, acknowledging them expediently. Ability and willingness to address concerns of safety and security appropriately and efficiently. Ability to work with multiple demands and various demographics. Ability to answer all incoming calls and transfer calls appropriately.
